The Details: This looks super rad but there's a problem. Apparently there was some issue with the space owner and now the BBQ (6-10PM) is limited to only 40 people...and the RSVP list is closed. Bummer! But I say go anyway and see what happens worst case scenario is you don't get in and just come back later, after 10, then they open it up to everyone. FYI: There's a ton of performers and DJs involved so check the invite page.

GERMS is a dance party that appeals to former but don't be surprised if some of the latter stumble in too. We're promised "new lower drink prices" - we'll see how that goes but since you can't pronounce the names of any of the beers there anyway it probably won't matter.

Plus it starts at 6PM and you're unemployed! Tonight is a special edition with Rich Hall of 1,000 Knives DJing.

The Details: I went to Trophy bar for the first time about a month ago and I have to say it's a pretty cool bar. Plus it's 100 degrees out and they have a yard! Tonight Trophy celebrates two years with cheap beer and DJs I never heard of. If you want a nice, calm beer outside with some friends you should check this jam out.

It's kinda like Union Pool only nicer and with less moron tourists saying, "hey, this is the place from Nick & Norah, right?"

Once that runs out though you'll have to deal with Public Assembly's surprisingly expensive drink menu so flask it, maybe.
