The Details: New York Underbelly and Kingsize are throwing a Halloween rock party at Rebel. Starbolt 9, The Killing Floor and The Fire and Reason are your rock bands and Joey nova is your DJ. There's a select open bar for everyone from 8-9pm or if you cough up $30 you get free wells and beer from 8-11pm.
